Bridging Artificial Intelligence and the Science of Software
Halifax —I'm a PhD Student in Computer Science at Dalhousie University, where I explore how artificial intelligence can transform the way we build, reason about, and model complex systems.
My research sits at the intersection of AI for Software Engineering (AI4SE) and Simulation Modelling. I focus on creating adaptive, data-driven approaches that make software development more intelligent, explainable, and responsive to real-world dynamics — from automated bug report analysis to neural text generation for developer tools.
“The most interesting problems are where human intuition and machine intelligence can meet halfway.”
Before my PhD, I completed an MSc at Dalhousie where I wrote my thesis on complementing deficient bug reports using neural text generation. Prior to academia, I spent time in industry — as an IT consultant at ITC Infotech in Bangalore and as a software developer intern at Unilever, building full-stack systems for manufacturing processes.
When I'm not at my desk, you can find me teaching, taking photos, running on trails, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
